What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 16:00 GMT are processed the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 GMT are processed the next business day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Is the return shipping free?
No, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing takes 1–2 business days (Monday - Friday).
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared for shipping. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@valemoda.com.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum processing and delivery time, please allow an extra 3 business days. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number at support@valemoda.com.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and email them to support@valemoda.com. We’ll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement.
