How to Return an Item

  • Step 2 – Wait for instructions: We’ll review your request and reply with return instructions.
  • Step 3 – Pack securely: Ensure your item is packed safely to avoid any transit damage.
  • Step 4 – Return shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refund Process

    After receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing may take up to 7 days. We do not apply restocking fees.

  • Need an Exchange?

    If you’d like to swap your item for something else, contact us at support@valemoda.com and we’ll provide the next steps.

  • Order Cancellation

    To cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible at support@valemoda.com. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be guaranteed.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? Email a photo and your order details to support@valemoda.com. We’ll sort it out and send a replacement as needed.
