Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us at support@valemoda.com as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been prepared for shipping.
Shipping Process
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating that processing has begun. This process typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). Once completed, your order will be shipped, and you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Delivery usually takes 4-5 business days (Monday - Friday).
We’re happy to offer free delivery for all orders within the United Kingdom.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to support@valemoda.com. We’ll promptly review the matter and arrange for a replacement.
Delays
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 business days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us at support@valemoda.com, and we’ll investigate the issue.
